  2. I'm not eating much of anything. I can't keep it down. Just Popsicles and ice chips is all that really feels ok.?!?
  3. My surgery date was Oct. 7th and I'm still getting use to my new baby tummy. My question is.. Is it normal and what can I do for the burning in the back of my throat. I'm acidy and foamy also. What can I do to help this and how long is it going to last?

  5. I'm 2 weeks post op tomorrow. I can't keep anything down but ice and Popsicles and sometimes that is even foamy and comes back up. I'm burning up with acid and worried about dehydrating. Even sipping sometimes can be painful. I have the worst case of buyers remorse and wish I was just happy fat. What I'm feeling now is much worse than any tired lazy day I had pre op.
  6. I'm sorry your having this trouble. My surgery was Oct. 7 th and I know exactly how you feel. I want my stomach back. I'll go on the worst diet and P90X twice a day. This is horrible! I can only keep down ice chips and Popsicles and that's about it. Oh, and pepto Bismol watered down over ice. (Nasty) I'm worried I'm dehydrating because I'm not getting anything down really. I can't take a drink of anything. Even sipping hurts when I swallow it and then it comes right back up.
  7. Monday, I will be two weeks post op. I can't keep anything down except ice chips and Popsicles. I'm suppose to be on full liquids this week but I just can't keep them down. I'm worried that I may be dehydrating. Will this ever get better. Everyone said the hunger I feel is "head hunger" and it goes away. Maybe. But I'm starting to think that the ones who told me that just gave up trying to eat because it just comes back up. This is horrible and I'm really regretting this whole ordeal! Help!!!

  20. I've been waiting for this day for 2 years now. I have less than 24 hours before my life changes. I've been told by everyone that I won't regret it, but I'm SOOOO Nervous! Is this normal?
