Hi guys . I was sleeved 12/20 I am down 39 lbs .. But the scale has stopped the last 4 days .. How vet the inches are still going down . I struggle with pain .. Over did it in the beginning , paying the price now .. I think I will be out of work for another 3 weeks .. I just want to not hurt anymore

I've always been hit blooded I'm always under a blanket at home now

I was sleeved 20th .. I have lost 35 total. Since dec 15. I had a 5 day liquid fast. This week has been a struggle for me when I got home from my 2 day hospital stay I am sure I over did it . My best friend and I had surgery on the same day / same doc she is up now running around feeling good .. I am not . I'm sure I tore something internal I hurt when sitting or standing I can't sit for long at all . I'm exhausted. And the last 4 days I have been 256 .. 255..266...255 .. . Idk why it just is . I do best with protein drinks in no tolerating food well it seems .. I'm assuming this is the "starter stall " I've been told of . I see my surgeon tomorrow .. Hope he doesn't team me to much . I am not anywhere near going back. Sad cause I thought I would be

I am struggling with the same thing .... i guess the smell is bad .. so says the family , For me I wake up with the nasty taste in my mouth and have to go and brush my teeth .. Im worried my enamel will come off ... I have found a scrapper helps ,,,, for a few hours .. I am only 10 post op.. I have a long while of bad breath I guess ...

I am only 10 days post op .. I almost sighed up for the san diego mud run in may ... but IDK where I will be by then ... Congrats on a new challenge !!!

Hi everyone , New to the group. I am only post op 10 days .. I am already struggling ( lots of pain from doing to much ) with sitting down ... 3 yrs ago I lost 90 lbs by eating right and working out .. Then I lost my mom , and my husband left me and my 4 kids, ,,, well needless to say it ALL came back .. So here I sit . Starting back on the right path. I miss working out .. I want to so bad .. How long till any of you got in the gym? Where did you start , what do you recommend work out wise ? I cant wait to run again !!!!

I am 10 days post surgery , I had to do a 5 day fast pre surgery I was 290 pre fast and today I am 259 .. I have lost my 1st 31 lbs ! I have pics , but honestly I haven't taken any with clothes on lol .. I prefer the raw look .. keeps me motivated . I don't think anyone wants to see that.. I still have a lot of swelling .. For me I was so good at hiding my weight with my clothes you cant see much ... Soon I hope ..Soon =)

Ugh I know I do to much ... I tried to take it easy I can't even sit strait up at this point it hurst so bad ! I have taken it a bit easier .. But hearing I can take a week to get better .. Man that stinks ! My kids are 11,8,7 and 4 ... They do help ... I have super bad OCD .. My house is always clean I work full time and run my own business.. It's been drilled into my brain if your not doing for others.. Your a lazy sob .... Thanks for responding I sure appreciate it. My ex husband was very mean when my house what not picture perfect when he got home ( be it when I had a newborn or a broken foot ) .. My " soon to be " now is super mad when he sees that I've done ... Anything >\ hard to break old habits .. Guess I need to the pain is getting to me !

So here I sit 9 days post surgery , ever since day 2 I have had the burning pain that I was told comes from the lovinox shot given in the hospital. However I had that shot a few times 2 on the left 2 on the right . I have issues on the left side. the pulling the burning is nuts. I am also struggling with sitting down. I hate sitting . Im a mom of 4 kids. Being home just makes me want to clean .. LOL I will go and do what I can until the burning starts .. then I am down. I hate the pain meds ,I only take them when the burning makes me nutty. I'm sure the pulling is the inside stitching... Does any one know what I am talking about , what is it ? How can I make it better ? How long will this last .... I am miserable . I have to lay down flat to make it stop, standing works for a while... sitting hurts it also =( I
