  1. So far so good. Surgery was on Thursday, the 31st no gas pain or much of any pain, just hard to sleep with nurses coming in every hour or so! I was pretty groggy while in the hospital so I was exhausted when I first got home. Went back to work on Monday (4 days post op) and energy is fine. I've walked every day (my dog has been loving this) and did a spin class yesterday (9 days post op). I took it easy during the class but it felt good to burn some calories. I have struggled to get all my water and protein and am sick of of all the sweet stuff so creamed soups have been a nice change. I've also been able to eat cottage cheese and a little egg salad. Not hungry at all. I'm 10 days post op today and am down 9.5 since the surgery and down 22 since starting the pre op diet. I do have to try harder to get liquids and protein in. All and all, no complaints (I was so nervous before surgery that I considered canceling, so glad I didn't).

    Best Sports Bras for Running?

Enell sports bra is the best I've ever used. They're ugly and in call them my contraption, but the best bounce minimized I've found and I've tried a lot of them.

  6. I'm right there with you. 5'6 BMI 34 and weigh as much or more than most professional football players, yet people tell me I don't need to do thisI. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and have done every diet in the book. I'm scheduled for October 31 and nervous as heck.

    October Sleevers - Who else

Halloween for me. I think I'm reading too much. Starting to think I shouldn't go through with it.
  9. Getting sleeved on Halloween and wondering if I will have to take little sips of water/liquids for the rest of my life, or will I eventually be able to drink it normally.
  10. Water-do you have to sip the rest of your life, or can you eventually drink normally.? Getting sleeved on Halloween.

  11. I'm scheduled to go on vacation to Hawaii 11 weeks after my surgery. Is it too soon? Should I reschedule the surgery until after my trip? I can't change my trip plans and it would be great to loose some lbs before going, but don't want to feel sick while I'm there. Suggestions please????
