  1. Hi everyone, Question for folks who have desk jobs...how much time would you suggest taking off work? My job is not physically demanding at all, but it is mentally demanding (project management at an airline). One huge benefit is that I can work from home. My current plan is to have the surgery on a Wed, return home on Sunday, and then work from home that entire week, and go back into the office on the following Monday. Essentially, a week and a half away from the office. Is this crazy? I'd love feedback!

  3. This is so great to hear! It's exactly what I need to help me! How far out are you? How much have you lost?
  4. I'm going from lap-band to sleeve on Oct 23rd! I'm nervous and excited.
  5. Congratulations on your loss! I currently have the band and I am hoping to get a revision to the sleeve. I see you had the band as well. In your experiences and being 6 months out, how do you compare the two? With the band I NEVER felt full...always hungry. And often I had that "stuck" feeling. Is it similar with the sleeve? I just want to feel full quicker! I'd love your thoughts. Thanks!
