I quit smoking using Chantix. Only had to take a month of the prescription then I didn't need it anymore. I'm 9 months out now and only have cravings when I'm drinking at a bar and around other smokers but if I take a pill beforehand I can resist temptation. I highly recommend it despite all the warnings about the side effects I didn't have any. Speak to your doctor about it. I tried everything else and nothing worked except for this.

Unfortunately no! I'm 8 months out and still take my prescribed antacid daily! If I don't it's awful! -

My face started breaking out after my sleeve

My face broke out too after surgery and my friend told me to cut out everything with artificial sweetener (which I hadn't eaten/drank much of prior to surgery) and it worked!! Face cleared right up!! Now I use regular sugar (if any at all) instead of that over processed sugar. Who knew! -

Aww thank you Shewins1!! I'm 5'3 started at 243lbs so I'm in the 180's now! Batteries died in the scale so I haven't weighed myself in days and it's killing me!! Lol but yes loving fitting into my old skinny jeans again that have been on top of my closet for the last few years!!! Congrats to you on your loss as well!! -

I work midnights and coffee is a must!! I don't drink nearly as much as I did before being sleeved (only 1 medium cup in an 8 hour shift) but I was told not to drink a lot of it bc it is a diuretic. But I can't do a full overnight shift without it!! Anyone further out know if there's any severe consequences of my need for coffee?? I don't drink it any other time, just when I'm working.!
