  1. My go to is a new tattoo, lol! I would definitely DO something though, what an awesome accomplishment!!!
  2. I'm in. Current weight: 146.4 Goal: 145 Maybe I'll finally get to a goal? *sigh
  3. I've not even seen the ginger! Ooh, I bet that's good!I rarely finish a whole bottle, it gets warm before I can...I've started getting a cold glass about half way through to keep it cold, lol! I've not seen the Johnny Appleseed either, new things to try for sure!!! Thanks, I think, lol!!!!
  4. Final weigh in: 146.4 :/ Sigh.
  5. I am thankful for the opportunity to live again, and fully. To be able to be a participant in this life rather than a spectator. I am thankful for so many things!
  6. I'm 8 months out, almost to goal, and I have an occasional brew. My favorite is angry orchard apple cider. It's beer but tastes like apple cider, I can't stand the taste of beer, lol! I've also had some Mike's hard lemonades, but they are to carbonated for me.
  7. Hit that 5 1/2 month mark and wait loss went from 10-12 lbs a month down to 5ish, 10.4 lbs to goal, 1.4lbs until "normal" BMI...hoping for goal by June ;o)
  8. I haven't actually fainted but the dizzy and blacking out of my vision. I found it is directly related to hydration and protein intake. If I'm low on one or the other I'm ok, but low on both and it really messes with me.
  9. 1.8-2 is what I average. I tend to lose nothing for weeks and then lose 3-5 lbs all at once.
  10. 147.8 today, getting there.
  11. It depends on how much more you want to lose, and how much loose skin you have. Your best bet is to talk to the tattoo artist, they should be able to give you a better idea.
  12. I'm in! I'll post my start weight on Sunday. Goal weight 143
  13. Ya, "you need to stop now", "HOW much more are you wanting to lose?", "you ARE still working with your surgeon?" I still have 4lbs until my highest healthy, and 13 until my goal, to give me a cushion/wiggle room. Dr. appraisingly looked at me, 2lbs ago, and stated I could be done (I think he lost his mind).I'm 5'4", CW 149lbs, pre-op 236, SW 219.8 and a 38 year old mother of 4.
  14. Not to goal, but finally a real loss, 149.0. Trying to remember that a loss is a loss, no matter how great, and I'm one step closer to being where I want to be.
  15. I eat a full container of yogurt with granola added in and have been for several months. Dr says it's fine. It's because it's a liquid like food and goes straight through the stomach.
  16. Speed will come with time. Do what you can at the beginning and the rest will follow. The most important thing is just getting going ;o)
  17. Only down .2 this week. 151.6
  18. THAT was an AWSOME night for sure! You have worked so hard for it! You go Revs!
  19. I was told to gain 5, I am the only person on the plant that would lose 12...seriously. I kept my purse on, all my clothes and my boots. They giggled, and wrote it down.
  20. Did it in 30:55 today!! Whoop! Followed it right up with a 75 minute red got yoga class...dragging now but that was the point.
  21. 152.8 And Bea, I always use the lowest # I see for the week. If I can see it, I can claim it. Lol!
