And I was just saying nicely. No1 was being nasty. But the way it came off to me as if u had a problem with my post. So then I replied. If I was being nasty I would have been rude insted of saying kindly move on to the next post. Alot of misinterpretation happen through texting, and comments ect.

I been eating high protien food, fish, chicken Greek yogurts. I go running with my dog n started lifting weights. N whenbhead hunger comes on I eat fruit. N I always have a special k protein drink in the morning

2 months down 60 pounds . 80 more pounds till im at my gial weight

Im 6 weeks out. Surgery weight was 266 n my weight now is 229 234 depending if u wanna go by my scale or my step moms lol... I jo thats alot of weight I droped in just the first month but I dont feel have changed much body wise. Yesbi drooed a size or 2 but still idk my mind feels like im stuck in an unwanted body. I kniw this is just a tool n not a magic solution but I wanna fast forward time n do b4 n afters... im starting to get loss skin to its a lil bit n I didnt thinknit would bother me as much as it does but damn. Howbfobu get ur mind off these things

Im 3 weeks post op.. the first week gasx saved me. N I wad barely getting any fluids. But now im getn just enough fluid n really good wi5 the vitamins n calcium they taste so yummy lol but the protein is so hard to take in with the way they want it done... n im not sure but my taste buds have changed on me big time... I dont like half the stuff ibuse to put in my mouth. .. any1 know of any good tasting high protein things

Omg I cant believe I will post op by 11 or in the afternoon... surgery is planed for 9 am. Im so freakn scared. My hubby wont be able to make kuz of court n stuff but my mom will b there and stay the night with me. Omg a dream come true. I'm preparing for a lot of pain after hopeing it wont be that much but every1 is different wish me luck I will post after when im feeling a lil better thank you every a head of time for ur support. You guys make this journey so much better to handle

I got outbif surgery at around 1030 nn wasbin so much pain im finally walking around but not alout anythingbto drink till tomorrow. ..ugh..boutabget b some more rest
