  1. Yes it is like counting down until Christmas. 4 more days until surgery. Started out 8 months ago at 275lbs. Already at the goal surgery weight of 235, actually i'm at 230. I really like the protien shakes, and I actually make it into a pudding so that it doesn't go straight through me. I eat some at each meal, and really who wouldn't want to have some protien choc. fudge pudding at each meal :-) . I'm big on veggie soup anyways, and found a way to still have lasanga using dehydrated zuchini instead of noodles. Really the only problem I've been having is now being able to use Aleve. I have some of the worst muscle tension in my neck and shoulders, and I usually take Aleve to manage it. Any ideas? I do massages and stretching, but it is kind of a chronic problem that I have had most of my life.
