-27 total... Hit a slight stall last week but seems like I'm starting to lose again . I feel pretty good...90% is about right for me too.

I am Begining week 4 and have noticed my weightless has slowed down quite a bit.,. Any tips to get it started again? Please and thank you!

I'm physically feeling pretty good... My belly button incision hurts still(it was the largest). Having mental hunger but besides that I'm ok

If you don't mind telling... What was starting weight? Current weight nd how long postop?

I was sleeved on the 26th... Today was my first tough day... Kinda hungry or sick of the broth I can't decide?!? I too gained about 5 lbs in the hospital but lost it all plus 4lbs now! Never been so excited to have oatmeal or a boiled egg... Come on Tuesday!!!

Made it thru... Trying to get past the gas pains right now...

Slept in recliner last night... Laying flat just didn't work. Tummy is really sore. Trying to get rid of all the fluids they put in through IV at hospital... feeling bloated!

Sleeved yesterday! Not too bad... Gas pain is an issue. Could barely find my incisions they are so tiny. Ate a small part of my liquid lunch and was stuffed! Looking forward to tomorrow!

My surgery date is TOMORROW! I feel over whelmed! Feel like I'm not sure what to do afterwards too!
