You guys are probably tired of hearing from me, but I'm so glad I found this forum. It has really helped me stop freaking out and realize my struggle is shared. I was wondering if any of you have read any good books on the vertical sleeve? The more I know the better I feel.

Just remember that the people who are so quick to judge have never lived through your struggle. Most people mean well, but people that have never been overweight just don't get it. This has to be something you do for you. The people in your life will eventually jump on the band wagon when they realize your serious. If you have done your research and have decided WLS is the right choice for you then don't alow anyone to change that. Good luck honey!

My only thing about doing it that way is I bet it doesn't fill you up. I wouldn't think it would anyways.

You know what I'm such a ditz! Lol I just realized the difference. It's bc some bottles say 1/4 scoop. I just seen where it says a whole scoop for 23 grams.

I've been researching and I'm finding a discrepancy in grams of protein per serving. The canisters say the same thing but when I compare the labels some have 6grams of protein and others have 25 grams per serving. Is some specially formulated for WLS patients? I was just trying to find the best price. What is the difference? Anyone know?
