    I'm scheduled for August 22!! Still feeling nervous. I can't get this idea out of my head that I can do this on my own. 15 years of trying has proven that I can't. Just yesterday a Facebook friend posted a warning to anyone thinking about weight loss surgery. She's had several blood transfusions and she said she regrets having the surgery. So that's all I could think about last night. I think maybe she just didn't follow the health plan. Does anyone have words of encouragement?
