  1. Work Insurance does not offer Lap Banding

    Hunthard posted a topic in Insurance & Financing
    New to the site and my first post. My question is this I called my HR Rep and asked if this type or any weight loss surgery would be covered by my insurance Anthem BC & BS. He stated no. that was an option the group could do but it would cost to much for all the employees. Has anyone ever had this problem? If so how did you go about getting this approved thanks.
