  1. I hear the same thing. Some people say that it's your staples inside that's healing so that's why it smells like that.
  2. What is everyone doing for the gas pain? That's what's hurting me now. I can't seem to get them out
  3. How it was effecting me psy. wise.. How I was depressed because of it. I had terrible back pain which sucked at work. Things like that.
  4. Had surgery yesterday. Home today. No pain but gas. It feels like a dream! Been eating broth and sugar free jello. Best thing for gas it chewable gas-x. If anyone has an question I'd be happy to help!
  5. Was sleeved this morning and the only pain I had was from an air bubble that I had. Other than that I feel great. Good to all the other July sleevers!!!!!

  9. Mine is Thursday 7/25 and I'm excited!!! I wasn't required a liquid diet per-op. did I miss the memo? Is it required?

  11. I'm in CT. Not all surgeons do the endoscopy but most good doctors do. So they know what they are working with
  12. The bloodwork called me one morning and said can you come in today. And I did cause I didn't eat anything. And the endoscopy is always scheduled a week from your surgery
  13. Yes the surgeons office does that just tell them you need it done ASAP
  14. Well I told my doctor that I need to get this done before I started a new job so helped me. He literally looked in his calendar and said July 25 let's get everything done by then and so I did.
  15. Usually after your approved you just need to get blood work done and an endoscopy before the surgery. Good luck!

  17. Good luck!!! How are you feeling 3 days post op? I'm planning on returning to work that Tuesday(7/30) so I was wondering if there was still pain or anything out of the usual? I work in an office sitting all day so I figured I'd be ok

  19. Lol! I'm just curious as to what kind of pain will I feel? Like after an ab workout where your super sore or like a big truck punched you in the stomach? Did you have a "draining tube" or something to help you go to the bathroom? What kind of pain medication did they give you for when you went home? I know alot of questions I'm sorry I'm just super curious
