  1. Have been on optifast for a week now. I started it a week earlier to make sure I could stick with it. Its difficult but do-able. Im hungry sometimes but I can mask it with a cup of tea or glass of water. Good luck to you all for your surgeries. 8 days tomorrow.....
  2. Good luck to you too. Its lovely that there are so many here who can support each other. Am feeling nervous as my date approaches. But I think the nerves are normal. Im sure I will freak out a little afterwards too but I think thats normal too. Its irreversable and a drastic change but I have to remember how much I need to do this.
  3. Hi Im Mel. Am in Australia. Having my first surgery (sleeve) on 31st July. Bit scared and nervous but also excited for a new life.
