  1. Thanks for responding. How long ago did u get sleeved? I feel like I made the right choice, it's just this long bumpy road of recovery until everything Starts to look a little brighter.
  2. I was sleeved on Wednesday July 17 and I too feel your pain of being hungry. I find it weird that so many surgeons have different plans as to why you can advance to the next stages. My surgeon said 7-9 days on liquids then advance to mushy foods for 4-6 weeks. I really want to eat food too but the thought of my stomach ripping open where the staples are makes me change my mind real quick. Just know that you are not alone. It will be over before we know it and we will be able to eat normal foods again soon enough. Keep your head up and no more wontons!!
  3. I am 3 days po right now. Went from band to sleeve. After getting the band first i was struggling with cooking for my husband and 3 kids as well. I also did the same, cook meals that I really didn't care for. And my husband brought food home a few nights as well to help me out. It's really tough so here I am a year and a half later and now going through the same thing all over again. It's a struggle. Especially because food is an addiction for me.
  4. Hello I went from the band to the sleeve on July 17 I'm having a tough time right now only being a few days out from surgery. Buyers remorse and all. Anyone else out there like me? Help!
