  1. Just relax and remember you have done the hard work already. You have researched and prepared for your big day. Try and be at peace with your decision as it will change your life in a positive way! I has my surgery 11 days ago. When I got nervous prior to my surgery, I would think about how proud I was to get my my life back in control. The surgery went so much better than I ever imagined. Good luck!
  2. I feel very happy to be 11 days out. I am doing well but unable to keep down anything with texture. As long as I drink liquids or very soft foods, I do okay. I am down 10 lbs since surgery. Trying to do more and get back to my normal routine. I am still a little weary. I am wondering if my age 64, might be pray of it. The forum has been a great resource.
