    Hey Kathy, you are doing awesome!! I hope to lose about 100 lbs. as well. I have about 60 more to go but it's nice to feel healthy again!! What does a typical dinner for you look like at 2 years post op?

    I'm 4 weeks out now and have noticed that I'm slowing down in weight loss a bit. I have dropped 42 in a month but I think for both of us excel use will jump start the process again... Good luck
