  2. I haven't been getting full either, but I've read in another forum to up your Protein. I've been skimming by and barely getting my 70g a day and I knew I really needed to change this. I just ran out of my protein shots and so I've ventured into the unflavored Protein powder from GNC. There are very few things I'm excited to drink. Tea is one of them. I tried mixing the protein with my tea, but I thought it was disgusting, so now I'm trying to mix it with my version of the Starbucks bottled mocha frappes that you buy at a gas station. Here's what I did. 1 Brew a cup and a half of regular coffee. You'll want it strong. I chose caffeinated, but decaf works too. 2 Add a half a cup of sugar. I chose splenda! (Make sure to mix the splenda with a little Water or it will foam a lot!) 3 Add two tablespoons of hot cocoa mix. I chose the sugar free kind. 4 Mix in 1-3 cups of milk. It varies so much because it's based on preference. I like mine strong. I also used skim milk. 5 Chill your drink for an hour to two hours. 6 After you chill, you can add your desired amount of protein.

  4. When is your date?
  5. I'm not as nervous because I watched someone I know go through it about 6 weeks ago. I trust my surgeon, but the only thing I'm nervous about is sitting up afterwards. I had a lot of trouble with that after my gallbladder surgery, but the sleeve is double the incisions. I know it will be worth it. I just hope the first week isn't similar to my gallbladder surgery!
