also, the more i look into it the more it seems the blood is from hemorrhoids. Have all their symptoms... so the only major problem left seems to be the oily brown/yellow discharge from the wound.

K. I will call him in the morning. I may wait till my scheduled appointment on tuesday if things don't get worse.

So, I had my surgery on June 26th, and since starting my preop diet a week before the surgery I have lost about 32 lbs. So far, that part has been great (though I know it will slow down.) However, there are a couple of things that have me scared. For example, the largest scar that was left from my surgery is acting strange. It bled a little this morning and afternoon, and has some really oily brown discharge coming from it. Not a lot, but it was there. I have just wiped it off throughout the day. Also, for the past few days there has been blood in my stools. A couple of days ago, there was hardly any, but today there was noticeably more. These two things have me worried, and I don't know if these are common. Thanks, Caleb
