  1. I am also having mine at silver cross on the 15th of july
  2. My name is neisha and my sleeve is scheduled for July 15th. I am nervous and this pre op diet is rough but I am excited to take control of my health. I have muscular dystrophy and use a wheelchair and getting this weight off would make transferring easier for me and the people who help me out. I was thinking about the lap band but my surgeon suggested the sleeve. I am very worried about the hair loss cause I finally grew my hair to my back after years of cutting it. Has it been that bad.
  3. I did my pre op testing in June because i was going to have surgery at The end of June but rescheduled to July.
  4. The pre op diet is 2 shakes, 4oz protein and 1/2 cup of non starchy vegs, and 2 SF Popsicles, 2 sugar free jellos and 2 servings of broth a day. I hated the shake at first but it is okay now.
