  1. First time posting Hi everyone! This forum has been a real source of support for me and I appreciate all who post! I'm concerned about my liquid intake, three weeks out. I was sleeved on 8/1, and have a stricter diet to where I am in the full liquids phase only as of a few days ago. I started to get into full liquids, had some thin Soups and was enjoying the variety when I had a really tired day on Monday. My stomach was sore and my body was exhausted. I felt like I needed to go back into straight liquids, like I was moving too fast (and oh, how I craaaved that Soup before!). Now I am concerned--I'm still struggling to get in more than 3 shakes a day (total 24oz, 70g protein) and maaybee a full glass of Water as well (10oz.) I can't seem to get it all in. I feel full all the time, with no desire to eat. I describe it as if you had just eaten a Thanksgiving dinner, and someone said "Now drink a glass of water". No way. Anyone else out there struggling to get all of your water in? Any advice on how I can get more into a day? I've started drinking some Gatorade because I'm starting to feel dehydrated
