    No six month diet for me-just a nutrition appt, psych eval, two year weight history, and pre/post op counseling. My doc submitted to insurance and got approved in less than 24 hours! I have surgery on 7/18! Which state do you have Anthem through? Mine is WI.

    I can't believe the day is here! I started on May 9th and will be having surgery in a week. My insurance pre cert was sent yesterday around noon and I called on my way to work to see what the turn around time would be and they said it was approved!! I have Anthem BCBS! Soo happy/nervous!
