  1. I am Messianic Jewish~ ..... and a Coyotes Hockey Fan!!! Two out of my Three boys are going to camp in a few weeks- Camp Gilgal- Jews4Jesus! WhooHoo!
  2. Has anyone been sick since having the sleeve done? Is it harder on your body, then before? Does it hurt to vomit, can you vomit? I tend to get sick from time to time (usually winter ), I have a weak immune system and I was wondering about these things?
  3. I have been heavy since my first pregnancy, 15 years ago. And you all know the spiel that gym and diet weren't working....well in the last 6 months I have become Anemic, Asthmatic, and worried what will come next. My mother was always heavy- until she got cancer and then passed away 4 years later- that was the only time she was thin. I don't want to only be thin because I get sick- I want to be thin and live my life in hopes of not getting sick- so my mother's passing last Thanksgiving (2012) was a real eye opener in the weight department for me. And that was the straw that broke the camels back!
  4. I can't wait until I can say the same thing! You look so good! Yea!!! What have been some of the major changes? How soon did you find you had more energy? And how long until you were actually doing things you weren't doing before? Are you finding it hard to keep a high protein diet? (which I was told I would have to do) Thanks for your input-
  5. I don't have a set date yet, but I was told end of July or early August. I am wondering if there are others like me? ... I have been heavy for the last 15 years (yikes!) since my first pregnancy. I eat Kosher and heavy veggie healthy small meals. I don't drink coffee or soda. I don't smoke. Yet, I am still 100+ pounds over weight! Anyone else in this same boat? I am nervous and excited, and can't wait to get the surgery over with to move forward. I am worried about having a high protein diet? Is this hard for anyone? What are some suggestions?
