  1. I find that too. I don't measure but I know by the feeling when I have had enough to eat. You only have to eat too much once and then you can judge when to stop before you get to that point. I've been there twice and don't want to do it again.
  2. I was sleeved June 17. I eat about 1 cup of food at a meal. I very seldom feel deprived. I can eat just about everything only small amounts. This is the best decision I have made for my health and don't regret anything about it. I have lost 68lbs so far. Almost half way to my goal. Good luck.
