  1. I had the band removed almost 3 weeks ago, and I went with the sleeve. In three years with the with the band I only lost 40lbs., and most of it was before the surgery. Today only two weeks post-op I have lost 32lbs. I know that I have a long way to go and can not wait to get off liquids, but so far it is worth it to me.
  2. I am having my surgery on Wednesday, and I want to take a pic a week until I have lost all my weight. That's my plan, I just hope I can stick to it. Also, Good luck with your surgery.
