Everyone looks awesome. I too have not been on in awhile. 6/17 was surgery lost 130lbs, still have a way to go. But I too am a slow pace of losing. It seems like in the early months it fell off now it is definitely slower.

Someone mentioned she is not on Facebook, is there a Facebook page for June surgery?

Newmommy yes I am teacher. Do you like isopure? I am having a hard time with the shakes what flavor? and you do them straight?

I had surgery thru Dr. Lahmann too was wondering if you are on pureed food? What did you have that was good?
