Hi,it could the shake itself....they all taste different ...you have to find one you like....take it from me..body fortress at walmart..is not chalky..no after taste...I mixed it with blue almond milk...makes it creamy like a shake..plus I can't drink it unless it coldddd so I put it in the freezer for like ten mins, while I get dressed......I tried the chocolate, chocolate peanut butter...cookies and cream. ,, and vanilla...try it...and don't try to gulp them...take your time...
  4. I'm sure you will do great. I'm post op day nine.....I know how you feel and it's normal, but the procedure is like 45 mins..the rest of the time your sleeping...
  5. What type of shakes are you drinking, I make my shakes, by body fortress with blue mountain almond milk...shake shake haaa and I have to put them in the freezer for a few mins....I like them to get a little slushy....try it
  6. Im day nine post op and some days I am tired, but I find If I just get up and move, it makes me feel a little more energetic....
