  3. I decided to give myself some legit hard work and perfect dieting days. Im always good in the morning, but evenings get rough for me. Today was 3rd day and I did my usual walk and then went on a bike ride to a new trail. Needless to say it was 9 miles uphill! Both ways! My husband is on the naughty list and im on the heating pad but I survived. Anyways, this morning there was a definite drop in the scale! So I decided to put it up until next Saturday ( im a obsessive daily weigher). Weighed in at 187.4 so I will actually be out of the "obese" range in 2 more pounds and just overweight. Lol ill take it!! Good job on breaking your way through. I felt like mine lasted a while too!
  4. Powder keg...just an fyi. I had back surgery in October 2012. I had been diagnosed with DDD at the age of 37. So I had a partial discetomy, with right vs bilateral laminectomy. Bottom line, I had a HUGE pain pill addiction. When my first back surgery failed I was set to have an l4-l5 fusion. BUT decided to have WLS instead. I was sleeved in May 3013. And in July 2013 I detoxed off of the pain meds. Now 4 months after surgery I am off benzos, opiates, antidepressants and my BP meds are cut in half. I have backpain after I ride the bike but I rest a day and im ok. There is a light at the end. My feet dont hurt either in flip flops anymore. I was supposed to be on meds for the rest of my life, but turns out I was a sore back that turned addict . Taking weight off will do wonders!! Good luck I remember how hard waiting is.
  5. Wow that is so great, how much more if any do you want to lose? For me I always hid my weight well by the way I dressed so even at 250 I was a 22. Now at 188, 190 lol I am just barely a 15/16. I just bought my first pair of jeans at Macys last week. Right now I am picking up my daughter from school and she wants a doughnut!! :/ ahh help.
  6. That's awesome!! My down time when the husbands gone and the kids are at school is my tough part. It would be easier to KNOW that if you eat some pretzels or drink once a week whether or not you can still hit your goals...is everyone really being that good??
  7. Sleeved 5/21 HW 264 1st Appt W 253 SW 237 CW 188 Total weight loss 65 pounds. Excercise 2.1 miles brisk walking 6 days a week, bicycling 5+ miles 3 times a week. I have been stuck in between 188-191 for almost a month! Its making me crazy. My eating is good but not perfect, my activity is great. Im just wondering these platueas everyone talks about how long do they last?? I want to lose another 58 pounds which I will work for, but how long should I wait having NO weightloss before I freak out big time?!
