Got sleeved yesterday. So jealous of you folks that didn't get gas pains. As soon as I woke up in recovery I had then. worst pain I have ever had in my life. I was regretting my decision to have this surgery until this morning. Still some discomfort but better. Haven't drank anything for 40 hours so sure would like to do that. Could care less about eating or sipping broth.

Ugh I'm freaking out here. I'm a big baby.

Leave for the airport at 4pm. It's getting real. Really getting nervous now. I'm a worry wart.

Still have a couple weeks until then though. Surgery is Thursday morning.

Pintos and cheese from Taco Bell! Haven't even had surgery yet and I'm ready for some eggs and refried beans.

Flying out tomorrow for a Thursday morning surgery in Mexico with Dr Ponce. I'm getting nervous.

I finally heard from her today.

I haven't been very happy with Trish. I just still seem like I'm lost with it all. She doesn't return emails and ill text and ask a question and she beats around the bush seems like. I sent her a text two days ago and haven't heard back from her. I have no idea what time my surgery is or anything and it's Thursday.

Couple more days. Starting to get nervous

Damn this is hard!!!!!! No headache today but @*#* I'm hungry! I think what makes it worse is I don't even have to do this 2 week pre op diet. I'm not sure I can hold on

Well day two of the liquid diet. Day 1 sucked beyond belief. Was fine until about 6pm last night. Had the worst migraine ever so that was no fun. Up at 5:45 to go to work for a 24 hour shift. We will see how this goes....

Did y'all just do the 3 day yogurt and water diet?

I was told just do water and yogurt for 3 days prior to surgery. So am I insane for starting the 14 day liquid diet like everyone else??? Figured I might as well get a head start and get use to the diet for post op. Today is day 1, lets see how this goes.

Day 1 pre op diet here we come. Already have a headache which I knew I would have. I'm about to clean out the pantry and fridge so there isn't any temptation.
