Im doing good have lost 21lbs in 3weeks on liquid diet. I have one more weigh in tuesday. I pray I dont gain any by tues. Im counting down the days also.

Optifast are the shakes I have to drink. I went for support group today I have lost 7pounds since saturday I was like really lol. I cant wait

(Beachbum) Hello im doing much better today I wasnt even hungry at all by lunch time. I was full off of shakes which r nasty. 5shakes and small dinner. We can do it keep telling myself it will be worth it in the long run.

Yes my pre op diet. I can have 5optifast shakes and a meal. Which is very little. That is so awsome your doing so great. Im sooooo happy for u. Go girlie:)

Sbd1044) I also have to have a hernia repair im kind of worried bout the pain. Im glad ur feeling alil better. Hope u have a full recovery soon

My surgery is aug12th. On my 4week liquid diet. I know its will be worth it in the end but im so hungry. Atleast I get one meal a day:)

Im know u was really happy on the inside. It had to make u smile just say thank u. U made me smile for u keep doing a good job summer.
