  1. This is good...I think I am going to start
  2. I think it's great what your doing. I don't like when other negative people input their opinions. I think this is good because the surgery is the tool and dieting is what makes it work. You can gain your weight back by eating the wrong foods. At least your smart enough to get those natural nutrients..
  3. Trying to follow your last post
  4. I'm sad. The plan was to have my surgery at the end of Aug being that this weekend is my last week of my 6 months of nutrition. Unfortunately, my dr wasn't able to get me in for a consult because he is on vacation...so I must wait in Aug..it's my fault because I switched 4 docs since him. I actually have another doc to go see on the 23rd but I'm cancelling because I did more reviews...so I will just wait.
  5. Ok I will pray for a speedy recovery.....just did... Gas pains get into your shoulder ..that's good every thing went well.
  6. Please let us follow you..we are so excited for you...

  8. Hey you will be fine...think positive thoughts. New you. This is what you thought about every day, dreamt about every night it's finally happening.
  9. It's July 8th we are hoping to hear from you
  10. Or Aetna insurance is even faster. I hear you don't need 30 days
  11. Cindy I hear if you have united healthcare it's faster
  12. There is nothing wrong about being obsessed with having the surgery. It's the beginning of a whole new sexier and healthy lifestyle. Just to be able to not have to wear jackets in the summer time or have stuff yourself in spanx. We have something to look forward to. Not being the fat friend that everyone lies to you and say you look good in your clothes and you don't. I am so happy to be near the end of the process. I'm sure once my paperwork gets submitted I will be jumping through the roof.
  13. My overall wait has just been extended from 6 months to 7 months because my doc has a conflicting schedule. So instead of getting sleeved in aug it looks like I'm getting sleeved in the early weeks of september
  14. I have heard of dr Scarborough
  15. I'm a fast eater myself so I will need to slow down also...how much weight did you loose on the band ?
  16. Great information...that means that I made the right choice to change surgeons. I know 2 people with the same doc that didn't loose any weight but they had the bypass..
  17. I hear many stories that people had to get a revision surgery. Is it possible that the doctor didn't perform the surgery correct to give you the best results or did the patient not follow the diet directions properly. I guess my question is it possible for the doctor to be the reason for you not having success.
  18. Praying for you.... Please keep us posted
  19. Wow plastic paint when do you do your diet and how much do you weigh
  20. Wow Mich....it's almost time. It's going to go by so fast. If I were you I would start looking for a really good surgical girdle that will pull you in. Get a few gift cards to places you want to shop at and have your food funeral.
  21. I should be getting sleeved at the end of Aug. my file should be submitted July 19...I plan to make sure I have no vitamin deficiencies. I am going to get all 80 oz of water and plenty of exercise.
