    Eating at 4 months

Oh yes the portion control is so much better.. I can eat 3 oz at a time, if that much at times.. I'll feel sick if I eat more than I should... I don't think I'll have problems with portion control..

Yeah I don't eat much pasta either... I some times eat half a piece of toast with breakfast.. How much have you lost so far?

  16. Im 3 months post op and so far ive lost 48 lbs.. I'm going on 3 1/2 weeks now and still the scale won't move.. I'm trying to be positive and I know it happens to everyone, but I keep thinking maybe I won't lose no more, because nothing hasn't worked for me before why would it work for me now... I know everything I've read says the scale will start moving again but when? I've been in tears today because I'm stuck and im doing everything I should be doing.. Okay I'm done with my pity party!!

    Really frustrated!

    STALL :(

I've been stalling for 3 weeks now and yes it stinks!! I measured myself yesterday and I am the same, so I'm not even losing inches.. But my clothes are looser and I'm wearing smaller clothes, it's weird! I've decided today that I'm gonna go back to liquids for a day or so and see if that breaks this stall.. I just want to get under 200, which I'm getting close but I'm not there yet and I've wonder myself if I'll get there or is this it and ill be stuck at this weight forever.. Good luck everyone!!
  19. I'm needing feed back on exercises to do for my arms, I have huge arms and I'm using 5lbs weights right now but would like to know what others use or what really works to help get rid of my flabby arms while I'm losing weight.. I want to be able to wear cute sleeveless shirts once I'm at my goal and not have a lot of flab hanging from my arms.. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
