  3. Oh yes the portion control is so much better.. I can eat 3 oz at a time, if that much at times.. I'll feel sick if I eat more than I should... I don't think I'll have problems with portion control..
  4. Yeah I don't eat much pasta either... I some times eat half a piece of toast with breakfast.. How much have you lost so far?
  5. Thanks! I was sleeved June 11th and I can eat most anything, just not very much.. I try to eat protein first as well but not always is that the case.. I just want to see if I'm on the right track.. Over 58 lbs lost so far!

  8. Today is my 4th month post-op surgery anniversary, and I've lost as of today 56 lbs so far! My starting weight was 267 and I'm down to 211! Can't wait to get under 200! Loving my sleeve!

  11. Im 3 months post op and so far ive lost 48 lbs.. I'm going on 3 1/2 weeks now and still the scale won't move.. I'm trying to be positive and I know it happens to everyone, but I keep thinking maybe I won't lose no more, because nothing hasn't worked for me before why would it work for me now... I know everything I've read says the scale will start moving again but when? I've been in tears today because I'm stuck and im doing everything I should be doing.. Okay I'm done with my pity party!!
  12. I've been stalling for 3 weeks now and yes it stinks!! I measured myself yesterday and I am the same, so I'm not even losing inches.. But my clothes are looser and I'm wearing smaller clothes, it's weird! I've decided today that I'm gonna go back to liquids for a day or so and see if that breaks this stall.. I just want to get under 200, which I'm getting close but I'm not there yet and I've wonder myself if I'll get there or is this it and ill be stuck at this weight forever.. Good luck everyone!!
  13. I'm needing feed back on exercises to do for my arms, I have huge arms and I'm using 5lbs weights right now but would like to know what others use or what really works to help get rid of my flabby arms while I'm losing weight.. I want to be able to wear cute sleeveless shirts once I'm at my goal and not have a lot of flab hanging from my arms.. Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!
  14. Thank you guys.. It's really hard to get more than 50 to 60 grams of protein in everyday but I'm trying.. I'm sure that's what I need more of too.. I do eat low carb foods, just not enough of calories. I'll try to up my calories and protein and see if that helps..
  15. Thank you.. I do try to get on my elliptical every day and I do weights for my arms.. I'm still very tired most days but its getting better everyday.. I still have 80 to 85 lbs to lose so I'm hoping my weight loss doesn't slow down just yet..
  16. Okay.. Thanks! I can barely eat 700, I'm not hungry at all.. I've lost 47 lbs in 2 months and now I'm stalling which is why I'm wondering if I should increase my calorie intake.. How much have you lost?
  17. I'm 9 weeks post-op, and I eat 600 to 700 calories a day.. Is that too much or do I need to eat more? Thanks for all your feedback!
  18. Thanks! I'll have to try the unflavored protein to add to my food or liquids.
  19. I'm a little over 5 weeks post op and I'm 37 lbs down. I'm struggling to eat enough, nothing sounds good and I feel sick thinking about food. Which might be a good thing but if I don't make myself eat than I feel weak and sick so I'm trying to get as much of protein as I can everyday but I know I'm not getting much.. Protein shakes are too sweet now and I just can't drink them anymore.. Any suggestions to help me? Thanks!
  20. I'm 4 weeks today and I've lost 31lbs so far. I'm just having issues with constipation now. Is that pretty normal? And what do others take or do? Thanks!
