Its an option. I myself dont have time either but I make time to feed my girls home made meals instead of fast food. I am working mother but I find time. And as far as not liking turkey tacos to each their own. I was saying that we all worked too hard to fall into our old patterns. Obviously we didn't make the best food choices before thats why we are here. But its your own personal choice just trying to give alternatives. And as far as eating the inside of the taco and pretty sure its filled with tons of fat and carbs.

I feel like I am behind lol. I have a 4 hour pre op appointment on Wednesday from 8-12 maybe I will get my Protein shake their? I also meet the surgeon the night before on Thursday to go over questions. I am using the Oband center of Las Vegas. Maybe ill put myself on a liquid diet. What are the benefits?

I called United every day. Sometimes 4 times a day to ask if they needed anything else from me or the doctor. They told me twice they didn't receive something so I would call my doctor to let them know. It kind of speeds up the process.

No liquid diet for me not sure why? But I am trying to eat very healthy. Any of you getting scared yet? I am so glad to have the both of you.

Instead of taco bell you can do homemade ground turkey tacos? With low fat sour cream and low fat cheese? with lots of lettuce and tomatoes? its an option.

I am not trying to be rude but why would you want to put that junk (taco bell) back in your body? or calzones they have so much fat!! You went thru so much to do that to your self. Again please dont think I am trying to be mean, I am just being honest. maybe you can have grilled chicken with green Beans? Tuna in Water, hard boiled eggs? so many options beside fast food.

Can you ask your doc to write a weight history letter on your behalf?

First of all let me just say you are truly beautiful and dont you forget that! But i get you want to feel comtrobale in your own skin. I have United Health Care and let me tell you I had to jump thru hoops. They request a BMI of 40 or 35+ with 2 co mids. I had the BMI of 40 with no co mids they also required a 5 year weight history which was tricky because I just gave birth to my twin girls almost a year ago and they told that it may not count since I was pregnant but my doc wrote a letter and that was good enough. i also had to do a 6 month supervised diet, a phyc eval, ekg, echo card and lab work and sleep apnea but after all of that I was approved.

I finally go approved for my Surgery! I have it done a week from today 5/31/2013. I am s excited and scared at the same time! In want this week to fly by already lol.

The wait is finally over! I gor my approval yesterday, My surgery is a week from today May 31,2013
