  1. I just ordered unflavored Isopure protein powder, since the protein numbers were so good in it. I hope it doesn't taste terrible. I plan to use it for mixing. I've been using prepared shakes so far. I had my sleeve done on May 14. Just got on the scale and have lost 13 lbs since surgery! Down 37 lbs since my surgery consult date. This is all so surreal!! I'm still very weak, but can walk 600 steps if I take it slow. Have been doing this twice a day. What can we do about this awful ketosis breath????? I would get some chewing gum, but I understand this will result in increased gas.
  2. I had my sleeve done on May 14th. Today the liquids seemed to be going down easier and I was able to drink twice as much liquid. My doctor has me walking 300 steps 3 times daily. I can do it, but feel very week and get briefly dizzy at times.
