Yeah the Dr. that did the seminar said something about b12 shots. I'm so excited about this so ready for it! Nervous about the hair loss though but i'm thinking most women probably are lol but I know it'll be worth it. It's just hair it'll grow back.

How long did you wait before you started working out? I still have 4 months left of my supervised diet so I'm trying to find out all I can! But I have an app with my gp Thursday and that'll be another one down!! So hoping for a September or October surgery date.

I just had my first appointment a couple days ago so I'm not sleeved yet but I'd love to meet people who have it if I can get away from the husband and the kid sometime.
