  1. You can also get Premier from here: http://www.insurenutrition.com/. They can check to see if your insurance will pay for your protein shakes as well. I called in yesterday based on a recommendation from another sleeve patient.

  10. June 14th. Freaking out, have froked out and excited!
  11. I have PCOS and the Mirena IUD. I ain't gonna lie...that thing hurt like a mug being inserted. I had residual cramping from it for a few months. It provides a direct and local hormone. So it should not have the same effects of bc pills or depo. I was the fortunate one to enjoy the side effects of the pill with blood clots. Depo is for the birds! It did nada for me. Everyone is different and the best advice would be to discuss it with your gyno. I would loop him or her into your plans as well.
  12. Hi- I have been considering WLS for awhile. Always putting it off for so many reasons and letting other people's opinions inform mine. Enough already! I am doing this for myself. I want to be healthy. Stop with the aches and pains. I am on schedule for June14th...totally freaking out and excited. In honor of the journey, I am doing my first 5k on May 24th!
