  1. My doctor seems to be VERY anti straw... I hope I don't have issues with them because that would make life quite a bit easier like our above examples of the biker's bottles or drink helmet
  2. I have a friend who's been waiting for skin removal here in Alberta for 2 years.
  3. Hi there, Hair stylist or anyone in the service industry too! My surgery date is June 13 and I'm scheduled to be back to work June 25th. My concern is water consumption while working on clients. I was seriously considering a sports beer drinking helmet, but then realized I can't use a straw. How have you coped with this challenge. I was thinking that sucking ice cubes would be better than stopping a cut or color every every 3 minutes to take a sip of water... Help
  4. outstanding! You are beaming! Maybe it's because you can't breath lol. You look fantastic. What a great accomplishment!
  5. @vsginnj - I Have done many diets like this before but always kept the coffee, and ya know, this is the FIRST TIME EVER I am without cravings and false hunger signals...so the headache sucked and the first couple mornings I was IN mourning, but the positive side effect has proven worth it!
  6. Good for you! You look amazing! Keep up the great work.
  7. I am not allowed caffeine so had to give up coffee and diet pepsi....that was harder than the foods!
  8. YAY!! Good luck You will do great.
  9. I started the first phase of preop on Thursday. 2 weeks of 800 calories-less than 15 grams of fat and 30 grams of protein, over 65 grams of protein. The trick is to find the right combination! I met with a friend of mine who had a gastric bypass while I was in the process of deciding whether to have surgery done, and she said the wisest thing which I remember in the moments of self pity when I really miss my coffee. She said "preop was the easiest diet I ever did because I knew that in the end I was NEVER going to gain that weight back."
  10. Hi there, Can someone help me find where to create and import a weight ticker? thanks so much!
