  1. Same boat hair. Taking biotin... Don't think it's helping. My doctor says its a good sign that your losing the weight...I don't think so. I am down 120 in 7 months... 10 more to go so he says it will get better once I am at a stable weight and stop losing. It's very depressing.
  2. I was out 2 weeks but felt great after 3 days. Left the hospital and never had to take any pain medication. Good luck!
  3. I have lost 120 pounds in 7 months since my surgery. I want to lose 10 more pounds to be at goal weight. I have been reviewing my doctors maintenance plan and I'm nervous to start eating more. I am still having issues getting in all my liquids and I get full really fast (good thing I guess). I get dizzy constantly and just had to get more blood work on Friday to seenwhatbis going on. The nutritionalist wants me to eat more...almonds perhaps but I am so afraid. I bought them but nervous. Any thoughts or suggestions?
