So confused!

Hello I'm wanting to stay in contact with fellow April 30th! I am not good on this thing and don't know how to add friends ( if possible) etc so please help me do so so we can stay in contact.

I regret mine because I thought I would bs able to at least have a bite of food without vomiting. I didn't expect to not be able to drink Water. I didn't expect to mourn food so badly. I also didn't expect complications such as my hematoma I formed. Before surgery I never over ate much. I have several metabolic conditions that cause me to retain weight and store al as fat. One of which is too much grehlin. Soothe drs thought his surgery would reduce to none, well it didn't and I still am producing too much. I just wish I could go back in time an not have done this. But all I can do now is deal with it for the rest of my life.

I hope ya feel better and have no regrets. You sound like me when I was five days out except my drs didn't do anything!

I was sleeved April 30 and regret the surgery SO much. I'm miserable and nauseas daily and can't eat barely anything. When I try I vomit. I thought this would be so different. I was told before surgery I would be able to eat anything, just less of a portion. I'm not able to even take a few bites without being miserable and it vomiting. It is depressing me and making me physically ill. Irreversable... What was I thinking.

Yep I did and he said hats where they have the equipment for testing and to see him after I see er! What a waste of 100 in copay! I feel like Noones listening to me at the Drs.

Thank you for the advice, it seems cold water does to down easier for me. I will continue that!

Well I regret mine and most definitely don't say so to "be popular or bond". That is rude of you to say. I have a right to say say if I regret my decision or not.

Oh and I do have Zofran for nausea but not many left. And no meds for acid reflux

Thank you ALL for your responses, I hope you all see this reply, cuz I dunno how to respond to each of ya separately. :/ but I for sure am not over eating. I have only vomited twice and each of those times were literally after just like three bites and I chewed WELL. I see, I couldn't eat even puréed food even till my fourth week! Took ALL day to drink four ounces of water. Getting one protein drink in was an all day ordeal too. My Surgeon told me to go to ER for testing. The ER only checked to see I I was leaking which I knew I wasn't, for some reason they refused to do an upper GI test. I do have pcos which does cause me to scar tissue in abundance internally after any surgery. I wonder if that's what's happened is a stricture. I wish the Drs would help me! Thanks for listening and Sharing with me.

I regret mine very much so and I did have not one but two Pysch exams prior to surgery. They both said I was a candidate for the surgery.

What's a ppi and stricture? Thank you for your responses. I honestly don't eat much. I'm talking a few bites. I had a lot of problems in he very beginning and couldn't even drink water without feeling like I had a ball in my throat and couldn't drink my protein drinks. The Dr said it would get better and slowly it has but still can t get all my water in daily. I also have a huge ball knot internally under the main incision hat is very painful. He says it may be a hamatoma that formed where they had to repair a hernia and removed my stomach. I go back to dr in a couple months. I just wanna be able to eat a small portion of food without feeling like it is in my throat, and without vomiting.

I totally feel ya and regret mine right now as well. I did immediately and still do! I was sleeved April 30th. There are moments I forget I'm sleeved and then remember when I'm about to eat and I literally feel doom and either cry or want to cry. I made a huge mistake.

I had surgery April 30 and can barely drink my protein drink or water and have bad very little puréed food. But when I do have any of the above I too feel burning and pain. Like a ball stuck in my throat, and acid reflux, heaviness. I regret surgery. I'm also having a very sore sharp pain right below mid middle incision internally and if ya barely press there you feel a big hard ball. Is this normal?
