  1. Clense your system the night before suyrgery. Drink fleet or laxative of your choice to ensure you are on empty. Oh and buy some gasx for post op. You will need it. Take your pain meds as often as you need them. Dont wait until you are sore before you take it beacuse it take a while to kick in. Dont have an adgenda. Just relax as long as you can. Best of luck. It was not bad for me at all.

  3. Hey all, I was banded by Dr. nick nicholson of Baylor Plano. I am in Little Elm and just searching for someone in my area to maybe walk or bike with. I am down 44 lbs. and loving it. Good luck to all.

  6. I am 2 weeks post op and down 15lbs. Not to shabby so far. I went to Baylor of Plano. Dr. Nick. Nickleson. My experiance so far has been great. I have to wait 4 more weeks for my first fill. I am starting PT next week to get back in an excersize state of mind. I am really glad I found this site. I need all the help I can get.
