Well im outta hospital..surgeon released me yesturday..n I come back in a week for a check up...now im not gonna lie im in pain..but mostly have a migrane I cant get rid of..its ok if I lay down n go to sleep.but when I wake up its still their..gave me liquid meds to take but just way to hard to get anything down..im sipping on soup n water all day long...but still have tht gas bubble tht anytime I sip on anything it gets cought..an kinda scary...havent been able to take any pain meds since ive left hospital ..hoping will get better n easier next couple of days..id be fine if this migrane would just go away n stay away

Good luck to everyone tht has yet to get it .n be blesssd....im soo pleased with everything so far..an yea id go bak n do it again lolz...

Well hello to all june sleevers! So surgery went great yesturday....was in alot of pain when I woke up.but they did awsome at managing it for me..been up an walkin around..have gas bubbles goin on in my stomach very uncompfortable.think honestly tht is where most the pain is coming frm.he only had to do two tiny lapirscopic incisions appose to four .which was awsome!! I will be being released on fri.an can start walkin rite away.then meet with him tht following fri

Posted.being said somewhere.. its wether u chose to listen to it or not...tht is for u to decide..I think u are all strong ppl an u can achieve anything in life u wanna achieve...#1 u brave for gettin the surgery in the first place..#2 u takin tht step to better ur life #3 u have came this far already #4 u will achieve ur goal....!!

Junes sleevers please do not stress! Especially about the weight.ive seen ppl on here say their 160 n they look 125 pounds..just remember.its not what the scale says tht matters.its the inches u lose tht matters..If u can weigh 190 pounds n look like u weigh 125 to 130 pounds then thts great..also remember if u continue to follow instructions u should do great.dr cant tell u how much ur gonna lose cause he dnt honestly knw.he just guestimating lol as id call it..but as u are losing weight n working out u are also gaining muscle..everything is gonna be fine..u just gotta trust n believe in yourself

I am so amped n ready for the 5th to be here!!! I been so excited I can hardly sleep lolz! Its been a long time coming..n I can't believe its just a few days away.I feel as if im dreaming...Congradulations to all u beautiful n wonderful ppl on ur journey..may u be blessed n supported all the way thru....an may all ur dreams come true..Happy b-day to all the june babies!! I havent had surgery but waiting for approval.worried n nervous about lose skin as well.been doin some lookin online an found collegen powder tht u can add in protein shakes..figured if I added tht it wud help with the collegen n ellasticity in my body..along with workin out..can find it on amazon for pretty cheap..would suggest the creams but I think the powder wud be more effective..

Beable to like one week after surgery..frm wut my paper says on the plan dr has me on..the diet im on two week before ill be doin a week after surgery as well..

Yea not rite after surgery lol..I will still. Be on liquids..once I get to the soft n pureed food it will be fine

My doctor was actually impressed with me when he asked which one I was wanting n I said sleeve..he was like wow!! Good thts the one I wud of chose for you..he said I see u deff done ur homework lolz

Sleeve deffinatley..everyone has their own preference tho..but its the best one out their.id suggest u go to a seminar about all three ask ur doctor if they hold a seminar or a hospital around u tht does ..I was gonna go with lapband till I heard about the sleeve.n now im deff set on tht for sure..I went to one an was glad I did.between the seminar n online research it deff helped me decide which one was best for me..
