  3. Me too!!! I'm still in the soft food phase. I can introduce fruits, veggies and grains back into my diet next week. I had a hard time with protein too. But I found nectar at the vitiman shopee. They have some pretty good flavors. I'm drinking crystal coolers now and it tastes like a fruity drink.

  5. Had my surgery march 28. I'm six weeks out and down 45 lbs.
  6. Hello, I had my sleeve done march 28 2013. Dr Katz of st john was my dr. Im 6 weeks out and down 40 lbs. The day of surgery I was a wreck. But they tooke to pre op and there was no turning back. I stayed 2 nights in the hospital. Im back to work now and I notice jow different some people treat me. I feel like this surgery has put a rift between me and my best friend. Would I take back mu surgery cause of it... nope! Just shows me who my true friends are.
