Today is my 5th day on clear liquids. It has gotten easier I just feel so sad I don't know if it's because I'm sick over what I have done to myself or because I feel like I'm lost. I have a great support system I just need to buck up I'm having surgery on the 24th of this month. I'm trying to stay positive because I want my life back I just feel alone and I know I'm not because I have all of you great people on here. So thanks for letting me read your posts!

Sep. 24 th date here. Started pre-op diet today liquids only. Not too bad so far. I am loving the propel zero and strawberry jello lol!

Pft test

I had my psychiatrist apt. And my apt. With dr. Scott. I have to have a sleep study and a oft test then I am we'll on my way more than excited to get the ball rolling

I too went to see dr. Scott speak so I choose him. I have an appointment July 12 th to see the psych doctor and dr Scott. My husband has a second job and with that job they offer insurance that covers the gastric sleeve thank goodness. So I wonder how many hoops I will have to go thru with that but I don't care as long as I can get my life back.n we should definitely keep in touch throughout our processes.

I work for Uhc. I know it seems like it is uhc's fault however it is your employer that choose not to have that covered you might want to try to speak to them. Uhc only admins the benefits. If you have any questions I'm always here to help. By the way Uhc DOES NOT cover this surgery for me. I had to pick up a secondary insurance through my husbands work that would cover it.
