  1. The way I feel is everybody's different so you do what you have to. We need food so if water is going to help that's the way to go. At first I was terrified that I wasn't following every direction but things are working out great
  2. I know not not to drink with your food but I feel that's the only way I can get things unstuck...I take little sips with my food and it seems to help a lot
  3. Thank you..I'm down 27 bls. I am very lucky to not have delt with nausea but heartburn was the worst!! Still on full liquids, I don't think I'm ready for mushy foods yet...maybe by end of next week
