  1. Thanks Kat0268, That really settled my mind. It is now day 5 after surgery and I am now feeling less pain, just bloating for part of the day and low grade shoulder pain now, and I'm getting a bit better at getting in and out of bed etc, still weak though..but guess that's really to be expected as I am not getting much in the way of food. I am scheduled to return to work in another week to a full client book (I am a reflexologist) so fingers crossed. I have lost 4.5kg so far including the loss on optifast so helping to keep me focussed. Thanks again. Really appreciated knowing this is so normal.
  2. Hi, I was banded two days ago.(4/6/07) feeling very sore and hard to move, (like I have been punched in the stomach and winded). I have heard stories of people feeling like they could go back to work within a week. Is it normal for me to feel so retricted?
