I'm from Springfield! ! How are u doing!? How was ur processMy daughter was diagnosed with autism at 24 months, I understand you...but you know what? Its not easy but not impossible. ...my daughter has a great improvements with daily therapy. ...she is hard, that's my fear with the post op days....I had a gallblader surgery 13 days ago, and I was in the ER two days ago because I didn't care myself when she was in a tantrum.... Good luck!!!!!I had my first visit with my surgeon on 5/28, nut , pshyc, and internist on 6/20, then bariuwm swallow test, blood tests.. 7/26 another visit with the surgeon, no surgery day, I need to loss 10 pounds...(gallblader surgery 8/7)... anddddd my last appointment with the surgeon will be on 8/27 (and nut)....If I loss the required weight I will have my surgery date!!!!!!!!So it's possible!! @ SueJH, my process sounds very similar...! it's possible!!! yes!!!no pre op diet???? no medical necessity letter from your pcp? (just surgeon, and nut docs) no documented weight loss attempted? (just in the surgeon and nut records) and get the insurance approval??? Anyone here have this experience or similar.... Congrats!!!He doesn't tell me about specific "complications".... and I asked! , but I would luke to know more about it.....thanks for answer !!My surgeon told me that he can't do my gallblader and sleeve surgeries at the same time because both surgeries at the same time could has high risk of complications. ...so, hum, I did all of my pre op tests, and now, I will have next tuesday my gallbladder surgery(no with my sleeve dr),then in 3 weeks I will meet my sleeve surgeon for my last visit.... I'm still confuse about it....,any advise or opinion about that?
