    MAY 22nd sleever here I am 240 right now which is my highest I have a goal weight of 150. I just started the first day of my pre-op diet it's not so bad thought the taste of the shakes were going to be gross but not so bad. I also decided to quit smoking as well I figured since I can't go munching on snacks now would be a good time to do it. I am super excited and scared about the surgery but I know I can do it!! I wish everyone the best in there journey, I love reading all of these inspiring stories. So thank you for that !!!

    Talk to your doctor, but i just spoke to my dietitian this past week and we went through the different phase's and based on what she told me it sounds normal just keep trying to get that liquid down I'm sure it will start getting easier
