    Today is my one year mark. I see saw back and forth between 159-163 lbs. It has been an amazing journey. 96-100 lbs depending on the day. Feels amazing. So thankful for this tool .Never again. The one lesson Ive learned in this past year is this is all in my hands. I still have to work out, I still have to log foods and count my foods, and I still have to drink my water. This is a lifelong change and I love my sleeve!!
