    Surgery date march 15/13 6weeks post op HW 268 SW 243 CW 218 Only lost 6lbs in the last 3 weeks! Grrrr! Sticking to the plan. Exercising more now. Lots of heartburn. Hard to decide what to eat. Lots of eggs, yogurt, Soup, chicken.
