    My trainer once told me think of your body like a pool the shallower end will drain first then the deep end you will lose weight in the places you have the least fat first then it will move onto the rest! Hope that helps keep up the good work you will get there!

    Redondo Beach here will be using Dr Feiz and having surgery in marina del rey. If anyone has experience with dr fiez or marina del rey hospital send me your experience. Very nervous! Finished meetings with nutritionist and psych just need to do my endoscopy =)

    I'm curious about this too. I am using him as well. I've heard mixed reviews. I hear he is a great surgeon but the after care is a little lacking .
